Adult Swim Classes

We offer a variety of adult exercise swim classes. Whether you’re looking to get a full body work out or would simply like to increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension and fatigue, we have a program for you.

Club Membership Is Required …

LOW TO MEDIUM INTENSITY

Aquacise Classes

A great aerobic session in 4 to 5 feet of water. Light, handheld weights are used to give you a full body workout.

Dates & Hours:

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays: 8:45 to 9:30am

 

Adult Swim Classes

Our adult lesson program is designed to allow non-swimmers the chance to learn how to swim. Swimmers are taught the basic skills needed to become a proficient swimmer. Lessons are once a week for 4 weeks. An adult membership is required.

HIGH INTENSITY

Aquacise Classes

Get a great aerobic session in 6 feet of water. Flotation belts and weights are used to give you a full-body workout.

Arthritis Classes

This low-impact exercise program helps increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension and fatigue. Please be advised that we require at least 2 participants to run this class.
