We offer a variety of swim classes which are designed to teach all ages how to further develop their swimming techniques, balance and gain confidence in the water, all while having fun. Whether your just a beginner, or just looking to get some exercise, we have a program for you.
Parents along with their children, will work on developing a comfort level in the water that will in turn, develop a readiness for further lesson instruction in a small group setting. For ages 3 months to 4 years old.
Small groups, working on developing the primary skills needed to become a proficient swimmer. Learn how to blow bubbles under water, float on their backs and fronts and swim short distances. For ages 3 years and up.
Adult Aquacise Classes
Get a great aerobic session in 4 to 5 feet of water. Weights are used to give you a full-body workout. We offer low to medium, or high intensity sessions for adults.
